Christmas Program

On Tuesday evening, December 15th, the worship center was filled with parents and guests eager to watch the performance of "The Best Christmas Present Ever".  Under the direction of Mrs. Kristain Starr, the program was presented by the entire elementary student body.  As guests arrived, young piano students entertained the audience with Christmas carols.  The program then opened with Bel Canto and the 6th grade chorus as they  presented two songs, Bethlehem Night and Call Him Jesus.

Kindergarten Missions Project

The HPCA Kindergarten classes brought Christmas gifts for the Kindergarteners at Pickett Elementary in Lexington.  In return, the Pickett students visited HPCA and brought candy canes to say Thank You.

Operation Christmas Child

The Elementary School had a 98% participation rate in bringing Christmas shoebox gifts for children around the world!  What a tremendous blessing this will be to many very needy children and what a blessing to our students to develop the practice of caring and giving.

 Fruit Sale

We sold over 2000 boxes of fruit.  Thank you for supporting the fundraiser for technology and transportation.  Three elementary students earned Top Sellers and a Chick-Fil-A lunch with Mrs. Haire:  Colin Davis, Harley Scott and Sarah Faith Amos.  Congratulations!

 Kids, Cans, Ca$h Recycling Program

We recycled almost 200 lbs. of aluminum cans and raised about $80 for our school.  The Grades K-2 Recycle winner was Haley Mann and the Grades 3-5 winner was Lauren Kuhnly!  Several students brought in lots of cans.
